List notifications
This page in the Admin Panel allows you to manage notifications for your site customers. You can:
- Search for a notification by title or creator through the search bar
- Create a new notification using the "+ New notification" button
- View all existing notifications in a table format

- Target (customer ID)
- Click Action
- Schedule Date
- Creation Date
- Actions (edit, view, clone)

Notifications can be scheduled for a specific date and time, and targeted to specific customers based on their ID.
