Admins

The admin is the main user of the system. The admins are stored in the system each with their roles that gives them certain permissions. When the system is first deployed an admin is created with it having the role super admin that has all permissions. This superadmin can then add other admins and roles.

caution

The admin with a role that has a permission to add an admin is the only person that can add an admin to the system. Thus no user can simply sign up onto the system
