Edit Delivery manager

The is a side menu that has a form that enables the user to edit a delivery manager with the following inputs filled with the delivery manager's information:

Name
Email
Phone
Password (must be 8 characters)
Description
Governorate: a dropdown list to filter the cities that the delivery manager covers
City: a multi select dwopdown list to select the city(s) that the delivery managers covers
