Add Delivery manager

The is a side menu that has a form that enables the user to add a delivery manager with the following inputs:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Password (must be 8 characters)
• Description
• Governorate: a dropdown list to filter the cities that the delivery manager covers
• City: a multi select dwopdown list to select the city(s) that the delivery managers covers

to add a new delivery manager the user must press on the " + New Delivery Manager " button in the deliver manager's main page
