Gift requests

The Gift Requests page in the admin panel allows you to manage and process gift requests made by your customers. Here's what you can do on this page:

Search for Gifts

Use the search bar at the top to find gifts by the gift's name. This is useful when you have a lot of gifts and want to quickly find a specific gift.

Hide Delivered Gifts

To hide delivered gifts from the Gifts table, check the "Hide Delivered" checkbox. This is useful when you want to focus on the gifts that have not been delivered yet.

Manage Gift Requests

The Gifts table displays all the gift requests that have been submitted by your customers. The table contains columns for Gift Name, Customer Name, Phone Number, Gift Request Date, and Status.

  • Gift Name: This is the name of the gift that the customer is requesting.
  • Customer Name: This is the name of the customer who submitted the gift request.
  • Phone Number: This is the phone number of the customer who submitted the gift request.
  • Gift Request Date: This is the date and time when the customer submitted the gift request.
  • Status: This column shows the current status of the gift request in a dropdown list. You can change the status between "Delivered" and "Not Delivered."

Process Gift Requests

To process a gift request:

  1. Locate the gift request that you want to process in the Gifts table.
  2. Click on the dropdown list in the Status column of the table.
  3. Choose "Delivered" if the gift has been delivered or "Not Delivered" if it has not been delivered yet.
  4. The status of the gift request will be updated in the table.
